It does rather <b>delve<\/b> into its workings, its internal dynamics, in order <b>to find tailor-made solutions<\/b>. The <b>intervention methodology<\/b>, which draws together <b>logic<\/b> and <b>creativity<\/b>, applies the stages of <b>strategic problem solving<\/b> developed by Professor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.giorgionardone.com\/en\/strategic-logic-and-problem-solving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Giorgio Nardone<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Individual assessment<\/h2>\n<p><b>Individual strategic assessment<\/b> helps people <b>to reach their own objectives<\/b>, overcoming specific problems that hinder or slow down them being realized.<br \/> This intervention typology is indicated for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Difficulties in the relationship with work companions<\/li>\n<li>Blocked performance<\/li>\n<li>Difficulties in communication in the partner relationship<\/li>\n<li>Problems in the parent-child relationship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Assessment for organizations<\/h2>\n<p>\nIn the <b>company<\/b>, in the internal dynamics of a <b>team<\/b>, in relationships, it often happens that there is a need <b>to deal with a critical situation<\/b> face to face as it can hinder or limit the development of the team or of the organization.
